Walton Construction Services began in 1947 when Reginald F. Walton founded Walton Electrical Engineering, a small commercial and industrial electrical company. In 1969 William M. Raymond became the sole owner and guided the company through years of commercial success, eventually forming the Walton Associated Companies in 1976 to include general contracting for commercial, industrial and residential projects.

In 1992 Thomas W. Gibson became the president of the Walton Associated Companies. In response to a high demand for quality general contracting services, a separate company, Walton Construction Services, GP, was formed in 2004 under the leadership of Thomas W. Gibson with partners E. Lee Jackson and David Jackson.

Biographies

Thomas Gibson - President/Partner

Over 39 years of construction experience with over 30 years of management experience. Tom started in the electrical industry in 1971 as an electrician and fire alarm technician. He worked his way up as an estimator for Cal Crest Electric and moved to Walton Electric in late 1975. He began working on the development side of Walton in 1985 and holds a B & C-10 license. Tom has a great love for the construction industry and in helping clients fulfill their dreams. As President, he oversees all aspects of land development and general contracting operations; including site selection, land acquisition and residential property development.

E. Lee Jackson - Executive Vice President/Partner

Over 27 years experience in construction and civil engineering with extensive experience in public works contracting. Is registered in the State of California as a professional Engineer. Owns and directs California Commercial Pools, Inc., California's largest institutional pool contractor. As Executive Vice President for Walton Construction Services responsible for design, estimating, banking and bonding, construction overview and management. Associated with The Walton Companies for over 20 years, joining Walton Construction Services in 2004.

David Jackson - Partner

Over 30 years experience in construction and civil engineering with extensive experience in commercial pool building and public works contracting. At Jacobsen Engineering & Development he served as Vice President responsible for all engineering and design projects. David owns and directs California Commercial Pools, Inc., California's largest institutional pool contractor. At California Commercial Pools, Inc. he is responsible for all field operations and construction including the management of over 75 employees. Associated with The Walton Companies for over 20 years, joining Walton Construction Services in 2004.
